Delete your RoStudy account
You can request deletion from the Android app or contact us without having the app installed.

Delete from the Android app
- Open RoStudy and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Under Account & privacy, choose Delete account.
- Review the information and confirm the deletion request.

Request deletion without the app
Email us from the Google email address registered with RoStudy. Use the subject “Delete my RoStudy account”. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request. Never send us your Google password or an authentication token.

Your account is disabled when the request is accepted and is scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period.
Deleted with your account
- Google-linked sign-in identity and RoStudy profile
- Contact, onboarding, academic and preference information
- Profile image, saved coachings and in-app notifications
- Personal learning, activity and session information
- Personal contact details and notes attached to demo requests
Anonymized or retained
- Approved review text and ratings may remain, shown without your identity
- A demo request may retain only its coaching, class, preferred time and status after personal fields are removed
- Minimum records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention or a legal obligation
Changed your mind?
Contact support@rostudy.com from your registered email before the scheduled deletion date. After permanent deletion, the account and deleted data cannot be restored.
