These terms apply to all visitors and users of the website, including those who browse RoStudy and utilize our features and services.
Overview of Services
RoStudy is an online intermediary platform that connects students with coaching classes. We facilitate discovery and booking but do not directly provide the classes.
For Registered Users:
- Platform for booking coaching services with one-time booking amount
- Trial period of 10 days to evaluate coaching quality
- Right to cancel during trial period with refund eligibility
For Non-Registered Users:
- Access to coaching provider profiles
- View coaching provider availability information
RoStudy acts solely as an intermediary within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and as a marketplace e-commerce entity under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. All coaching services are delivered by third-party providers who operate independently. We make no warranties regarding the quality, effectiveness, or suitability of services provided by coaching providers, and we do not adopt any unfair trade practice in the course of our operations.
Eligibility Requirements
To use RoStudy, you must meet certain eligibility criteria to ensure safe and legal use of our platform.
- You must be at least 18 years of age; if you are below 18, you may use the platform only with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
- You must be competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and your use of the website must not violate any applicable law or regulation
- You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
User Responsibilities
As a user of RoStudy, you have certain responsibilities to maintain the security and integrity of our platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only and refrain from any misuse that could harm RoStudy, our company, or other users.
Coaching Services & Payments
Understanding our role as an intermediary platform and the responsibilities of coaching service providers.
- All coaching services are provided by third-party providers; RoStudy is merely an intermediary
- We have no liability after the trial period ends and you continue with service providers
- Booking, cancellation, and refund policies after trial period are governed by respective coaching providers
Intellectual Property
All materials and content on RoStudy are protected by intellectual property rights.
All content including text, graphics, logos, and software are the exclusive property of Ros Education And Startup Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide a seamless experience, we cannot guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.
We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. Services are provided strictly on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no guarantees regarding the quality of services provided by third-party coaching providers.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to protect our platform and users from harmful activities.
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website at any time, without notice, if it is determined that you have violated these terms or are engaged in unlawful or harmful activities.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes will be resolved in Chhattisgarh courts.
These Terms & Conditions and your use of RoStudy are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Subject to any applicable dispute-resolution or mediation process, legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts at Chhattisgarh, India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
Grievance Redressal
In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and rules thereunder) and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address your concerns.
- You may raise any complaint regarding content, services, or your data by writing to grievance@rostudy.com
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receipt
- We endeavour to resolve every complaint within 30 days from the date of receipt
- Consumer complaints may also be escalated as permitted under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

General Provisions
